Question 1.
Can the chocolates I have ordered be delivered on the same day as I place my order?
Answer - No. Our service is a next day service (excluding Sunday), and your order will be delivered the day after you place your order - but you can of course specify a later delivery date by completing the delivery date box by each image before you click on the "Buy Now" button. Orders must be received before 3pm UK time to ensure next day delivery. If you require a Monday delivery, please order before 11 am UK time on the Saturday before.
Please note that we are not able to deliver on Sundays, Bank and public Holidays.

Question 2.
How are the chocolates delivered?
Answer - all our chocolates are carefully packed in a custom made presentation boxes, and are dispatched using the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service, which guarantees next working day delivery before 12 noon for most of the UK, although later times apply to some remote parts of Scotland and some off shore Islands. This is the best service provided by the Royal Mail, and we can track and trace you order from the moment we dispatch it to the moment it arrives.

Question 3.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Answer - No, as explained in question 2 all our chocolates are delivered by the Royal Mail and their normal delivery time is between 9am and 12 noon - although later delivery times may apply to some remote parts of Scotland and some off shore Islands.

Question 4.
What happens if the recipient is out?
Answer - the Royal Mail will leave a "while you were out card " which has 2 options on it :
Option 1: the recipient can call a number on the card and the Royal Mail will attempt to re-deliver either the same or following day, which in the case of Saturday delivery, this would be on the Monday after.
Option 2: the recipient can collect the chocolates from their nearest local sorting office

We cannot be held responsible for any claims should the recipient be out, and/or the recipient does not exercise one of these 2 options immediately upon return.

Question 5.
Is this a secure site?
Answer - Yes, our shopping cart is secured by Thawte Secure Server

Question 6.
Do you offer a full money back guarantee?
Answer - Yes we do. If you are not satisfied with your chocolates, simply contact us explaining why you are dissatisfied with your chocolates and we will refund your credit card.

Question 7.

Answer - you need to submit 2 separate orders - it is not possible to enter 2 or more different delivery addresses on the same order.
